    The intent of the PPAB is to establish an innovative approach to gathering accurate and timely feedback from select professional contractors on issues important to the success of your business.

    Becoming a PPAB member means that your voice will be heard by Benjamin Moore, a respected major paint manufacturer for almost 125 years. Additionally, potential participants understand that ultimately they will be the beneficiaries of any action Benjamin Moore takes as a result of the program.

    In certain cases, Benjamin Moore will share the collective findings/insights with the PPAB members along with any planned response to the feedback

  3. What kind of topics/business matters will the PPAB members be invited to discuss/comment on?

    Topics that are identified as critical to the continuous improvement of Benjamin Moore's value proposition to the professional painting contractor. In most cases, this will be existing or proposed Benjamin Moore programs, products and services , or more general issues that impact the industry as a whole.

    All information shared with Benjamin Moore & Co. will be treated confidentially unless stated otherwise and will be used to add value to new and existing Benjamin Moore offerings. This information will not be shared with other agencies or third parties without the express consent of the participants.

    PPAB participants will be encouraged to share ideas/suggestions that would add value to Benjamin Moore's overall commercial position. In all cases, Benjamin Moore will moderate this process and manage expectations accordingly.
